Heather Grosso is a licensed independent clinical social worker maintaining a private psychotherapy practice since 2011, which moved from Middleboro to Bridgewater in 2018.
As a graduate of Boston College Graduate School of Social Work, she has been working as a licensed social worker since 2006, specializing in therapy with adults and adolescents addressing issues around trauma, anxiety, mood, relationships, and life transitions. She also has a specialty in treating first responders including police officers, firefighters, EMT's and other medical professionals, as well as their families.
Heather is an interactive therapist, focused on finding solutions to problems. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates insight-oriented therapy with cognitive-behavioral interventions to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
